The 45th  ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
of the NORTH STAFFS (Group of) ADVANCED MOTORISTS
will take place on Thursday 10th February  2011 at 7.45 pm
in the Community Room at Sandyford Fire Station

CALLING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by order of the Group Committee that the 45th Annual General Meeting of the NORTH STAFFS (Group of) ADVANCED MOTORISTS [hereinafter referred to as the NSAM] will be held at 7.45 pm on Thursday 10th February 2011 in the Community Room at Sandyford Fire Station, Stoke-on-Trent, to enable the Trustees of the Group (Registered Charity No. 1100497) to present their Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended  10th February 2011 for approval by the NSAM Group Members and to conduct an election.

All Members, Associates and friends are invited to attend but only fully paid up Members of the IAM and of the NSAM Group may vote.

A Member entitled to vote at the Annual General Meeting may appoint a proxy to vote in his/her stead.   A proxy need not be a Full Member of the Group.

All Officers retire annually and may offer themselves for re-election. (Group Rule 3.4)
