I joined the IAM in July 2012 & passed the assessment in October 2012. I then qualified as an observer in February 2014. In August 2014 I achieved my goal of a first certificate. I then went on to pass my national observer certificate in 2016 and re qualified in March 2020. I enjoy meeting new people and helping them become better and safer drivers.
